SOUTH ASIAN WEDDING PACKAGES - 2025

Option 1

  • Maximum number of guests - Up to 450
  • Use of banquet space (max 5 hours)
  • Set up and tear down of the event space including tables, chairs, buffet tables and dance floor (if applicable)
  • Work area for caterer to plate up and prepare for service
  • Up to two (2) hot boxes to keep food warm
  • House choice of linen (burgundy or ivory based on availability)
  • Additionally, food packaging will not be provided for take-out purposes
  • Up to five (5) Crowne Plaza banquet staff to help serve, maintain buffets and clear. (max 5 hours)
  • China, glass, silver, five (5) chafing dishes and serving utensils

Package Does NOT Include:

  • Sternos: This must be provided by your caterer.
  • Bottled water, soft drinks or alcohol: These would be an additional charge (please refer to our standard banquet menu pricing). These items must be purchased through the hotel and are not permitted to be supplied on your own or to be supplied by your caterer.
  • Kitchen space to prepare food: All food must be properly prepared off-property and transferred to the Crowne Plaza.
  • Serving bowls and platters these must be provided by your caterer.

Option 2

  • Maximum number of guests - 250
  • Use of Banquet Space (Max 5 hours)
  • Set up and tear down of the event space including tables, chairs, buffet tables and dance floor (if applicable)
  • Work area for caterer to plate up and prepare for service
  • Up to 2 hot boxes to keep food warm
  • China, glass, silver, five (5) chafing dishes and serving utensils
  • Choice of linen (based on color palette availability)
  • Additionally, food packaging will not be provided for take-out purposes
  • Riser up to 20’x16’
  • Coffee, hot tea, iced tea and water station, and assorted sodas
  • Up to six (6) Crowne Plaza Banquet Staff to help serve, maintain buffets, and clear. (Max of 5 hours)

Package Does NOT Include:

  • Sternos: This must be provided by your caterer.
  • Kitchen space to prepare food: All food must be properly prepared off-property and transferred to the Crowne Plaza.
  • Serving bowls and platters these must be provided by your caterer.

CATERER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • MUST PROVIDE proof of license, bond, and insurance prior to the event. Crowne Plaza has the right to refuse any caterer from working or serving on our proper
  • Provide at minimum one (1) Supervisor and two (2) additional staff members to assist our banquet staff and to remain during the entire event
  • Arrival at least 1 ½ hours prior to service time to ensure sufficient coordination with our staff
  • Clean up of work area and remove of all trash produced from their food including disposable trays, etc.
  • Menu to be provided for each meal catered at the hotel at least two (2) weeks prior to the event to ensure the hotel has proper time to prepare and account for the equipment needed by the caterer

EQUIPMENT RENTAL

Crowne Plaza will provide the necessary equipment needed for the final menu provided to include chafing dishes and serving utensils. Should the caterer require additional equipment from the Hotel, the following rates apply and will be charged to the group master account.

The following items may be rented from Crowne Plaza:

  • Chafing dishes to include sternos
  • Serving bowls of various sizes
  • Serving utensils
  • Hot box
