She immediately made us feel comfortable and welcomed by offering us something to drink and reviewing the information she had sent us prior to
the first meeting. She did not meet us in an office but right in the middle of the hotel restaurant/bar area. This gave us a good idea of the
environment as well as the friendliness of the staff around. During our initial meeting, she showed us around the hotel and ballrooms including
seeing one of the hotel rooms where our guests would be staying. She had many pictures of what the ballrooms looked like set up as receptions
including different layouts. We left feeling very good about the initial impression.
That weekend, we had a meeting with a coordinator at a neighboring hotel. Immediately we were unhappy with the person's demeanor and the persistency
for us to change the date we were interested in booking. She also had no pictures of the ballrooms decorated for a reception, proceeded to show us a
room in the basement for the reception, and clearly did not listen to what we wanted. We were ready to make a decision and immediately called Erica
and booked our reception at the Crowne Plaza.
In the months leading up to the wedding, Erica stayed in close contact with us regarding details. The list of vendors that were provided was
wonderful and all highly recommended. Erica set up our food tasting well in advance and was there to make sure everything went smoothly. She
communicated effectively via email during the months we did not meet in person. A few days before the wedding, we had our last meeting with
Erica. She reviewed all the details for the day of to make sure everything was perfect. She even set up a room for the bridal party to get
ready in which I was very happy with! 1 had no doubt the day of would go just as smoothly as the rest of the planning.
On the day of the wedding, Erica met my bridesmaids and me around 11:30am. She came by to say hi and to see if I needed anything. Once we
returned from the ceremony, Erica greeted us at the door and made sure everything went well. When we walked into the ballroom for the first
time, it was glowing! Everything was absolutely perfect! We had no doubt Erica would do a good job but she really went above and beyond.
Erica even went as far as having someone at the hotel pick up my bags from another room and deliver it to the suite I'd be staying in that
night. I was very impressed!
At the end of the evening, she made sure to congratulate us and let us know she would be leaving. All of our gifts ended up in our room
at the end of the night along with a delivery of champagne and strawberries. Our parents were all very impressed too as they received a
cheese/fruit tray along with a nice note from Erica.
We could not have been happier with our decision to book our reception at the Crowne Plaza Hotel and to work with Erica Goddard. Our
friends and family raved about the food and atmosphere. A huge thank you to Erica for all her hard work! We really appreciated it!"

Erica and her staff were the best. Actually when we were looking for the venue for the big day, Erica was the main reason we picked it.
She was very professional, but also very kind, sweet and just great to work with. She is a plus for the hotel. The waiting staff the night
of the wedding was also the best. I tried to remember names, but I can't remember them. Jose was the main bartender, and both families just

I can honestly say that when we were dealing with you, it felt as if we were talking to a friend; not an event coordinator at a hotel.
And it made all the difference in the world. The way you treated our parents, family and friends was equally as impressive. We appreciate
all of your help coordinating with vendors, communicating back and forth with us, and all you did to make everything exactly as
we wished. You made it all seem so effortless!
Also, we wanted to formally recognize and thank the rest of the staff at the CP that had a hand in our wedding reception.
From the chefs, the servers, bartenders, and front desk staff, just everyone ... unbelievable kindness, easiness and friendliness.
A very special thanks to Brian as well for being amazing out on the floor with us. He was on top of everything, but just so
nice and always making sure we had everything we needed; even egging Thomas to smash cake in my face! It was great!
I feel like we could write pages of great things about you and the rest of the staff, and the CP in general. I am struggling
to keep all my though'ts concise! From cocktail hour down to the chocolate cups with the cake; the food was unbelievably
good and we have heard the same from all of our guests. The service was terrific, the room looked great, and the suites/rooms
were awesome. Everything was just so seamless and so perfect!
We hope that you will please share this letter with your GM and the rest of the staff that played a part in our wedding day.
We whole-heartedly agree that we could not have picked a more perfect location for our wedding reception, and it's a decision
we'll remember fondly for the rest of our lives. I hope that someone, somewhere gives you and the team all the credit you
deserve, and more, for pulling together a seamless event that exceeded any expectation we had for our reception. We wouldn't
have changed a thing; and were so thankful to have had the opportunity to have met and worked with you during such an exciting
time in our lives. You specifically, as well as the rest of the CP staff made an already amazing day even better for us, and

I just wanted to thank you for everything that you did to make our wedding exceed all of my expectations!!!
The Wayne Room was great for us to get ready in and I was able to enjoy my time with my girls because there was
enough room for us to hang out comfortably. It really added to the day so thanks for that!
You have an Amazing staff, especially Michelle (the maitre'd) and Jose. They attended to everything that we
needed or wanted and were just so friendly and accommodating! The rest of the staff really did their job smoothly.
Everything that had been promised and planned was executed beautifully!
The Ballroom was PERFECTION!!! It looked like a fairy tale wedding! From the uplighting, to the centerpieces,
to the Ice sculpture, the chair covers, the votives on all of the tables, the gift table, the candy table, the
seating chart table....It was just incredible!
The food was delicious, everyone just raved about how good the food was! And Kevin and I really enjoyed our chicken fingers!
It has been a pleasure working with you for the past year! Thank you so much for all you did for us, I really had
the best wedding day and I loved everything about it! I'll send you pictures when we get back from Italy! I will
