I want to commend the Crowne Plaza staff that worked during our event: Brian, Sal,
Michele G., Michele J., and Judy. The tables were cleared quickly and they were more
than accommodating to our timing changes, such as delaying the Sundae Bar until the award
presentations (which ran long) were over. Brian checked in with me frequently to make sure
that things were running smoothly throughout the night. What I appreciated the most was the
friendliness of the staff. I have worked in customer service for many years so I know that value of that!

(front desk supervisor) and Jennifer Barone (general manager). Again, outstanding customer service that truly exceeded our expectations.
They were so kind and patient while they worked diligently to accommodate a group of 50 people who arrived three hours prior to the
hotels designated time for check-in. I wanted you to know how much we enjoyed our time in King of Prussia and how much we appreciate
your wonderful staff that represents your company so well."

Many of our partners took the time to let me know how impressed they were with the rooms at the Crowne. I received no negative feedback of any kind
regarding the conditions of the rooms, the room assignments, or the service received in connection with their in-room needs and requests. Many
noted the upgrades that had been made since our last stay and our guests were impressed with the changes.
The schedule for the weekend went as well as we could have requested. All rooms were set, prepared, and ready at the appropriate times and again, all
of the staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.
All of the meals were prepared as requested and again, ready in accordance with the schedule we had prepared. Quantity and quality met and even
exceeded all of our expectations and the banquet staff was exceptional.
All and all, the weekend was perfect - and I couldn't have wished for a better outcome - and most of that success was due to the hard work of the staff
at the Crowne Plaza. My thanks go out to everyone involved in our event, and especially to you Erica. I know you came in on the tail end and kind of
got thrown into things at the last minute, but you never allowed that to put a glitch in our event. My thanks again for your help in making our event

Before I head out today I wanted say thank you for letting us "take over" the hotel this week. I was very glad we were able
to come back to Crowne Plaza as I have used the hotel many times over the years - to me it was like coming home again. From
the beginning James and Jason took care of me through the sales process and many changes - they handed me over to Danielle
who did a great job with all my changes this week.

Kelli was fabulous at the front desk and Patrick was very helpful on the
banquet side checking up on me every day. Sherwin, Brian, Amelia, both Michelles and Jose made sure we always had food for our
breakouts and lunches and Pam and Dave in AV were great with all our last minute changes also.
I hope we will have a chance to use the Crowne Plaza for future meetings and events.
