Thank you again for such an incredible event. Your staff was impeccable and left no one to have a need the entire night! It made my job super easy and stress level at the bare minimum = ) We have only heard great reviews from all of our guests about the event space, staff, food and beverages. Everything went well yesterday, the meeting room was perfect, they had enough room to set up whatever was needed, the lunch and desserts were excellent.

My Sr. Management was very pleased with everything at the Crowne Plaza. Also, your staff was very helpful and courteous to everyone in our group. I am sure we will be setting up more meetings in the future and you can be sure we would use the Crowne Plaza Hotel..

The wedding was fabulous and all of the family members had a great time! The 83, 88, and 89 year old ladies hung out til the end. Thanks for taking care of all the details from the wedding cake to the centerpieces to the balloon drop to the chair covers and bows and of course the fabulous food. The breakfast was amazing and it gave us another opportunity to visit with wedding guests before leaving. Our compliments to your staff! The cook that was making the omelets at breakfast got rave reviews from our guests. Thank you for the care and attention to detail that made our event so memorable. I've been showing pictures to co-workers and telling them about the Crowne Plaza. I would highly recommend the Crowne Plaza Valley Forge to anyone who is planning a special event. E-mails are nice, but you and the staff at the Crowne Plaza deserve a good old-fashioned REAL letter, for everything you did to make our wedding day literally perfect. Beyond just the wedding day itself, we've talked for so long about how wonderful you've been to work with; how pleasant, friendly and accommodating you've been to us and our parents throughout the whole process. I can honestly say that when we were dealing with you, it felt as if we were talking to a friend; not an event coordinator at a hotel. And it made all the difference in the world. The way you treated our parents, family and friends was equally as impressive. We appreciate all of your help coordinating with vendors, communicating back and forth with us, and all you did to make everything exactly as we wished. You made it all seem so effortless!

I have to commend Sherwin and the entire staff who took care of us last evening. They were very professional and courteous. Even when the timing for dinner had to change due to the late arrival of some guests, the staff was more than accommodating to our needs.

I cannot tell you how great it is to work with your staff. Shannon and Denise are remarkable in their ability and professionalism. The rest of the staff could not have been greater to work with as well.

We were tremendously pleased with how smoothly everything went on our big day. You and your staff had everything prepared in a very timely manner from arranging our ceremony room, coordinating the bridal party to make their entrance, to making everything during the reception flow smoothly.

I just want to drop a note to thank you, your staff and the entire Crowne Plaza staff for making my daughter; Valerie's wedding everything that she had envisioned. The look of joy and excitement on her face when she saw the ballroom was everything a father wants to see on his daughter's big day. All she kept saying was "Amazing".

We were all so pleased and excited about our reunion. Everything went as planned and was wonderful. I want to thank you for all your work in helping to make this evening such a success. The room looked beautiful and I watched it all come together from start to finish.
